COAR (Communities Organizing Against Racism) is a volunteer-led organization dedicated to promoting education and action to address the impacts of systemic racism in our communities.

For the second year in a row, the Town of Concord's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Commission will be marching in the Patriot's Day Parade alongside our friends and partners under a single banner with the tagline, "Building a Welcoming Community."
